BESPOKE TRAINING
We develop customised training for our clients.
We design the content based on the specific organisation of the Company and its approach to contract management. Each training session is created by H2O CONSULTANCY according to our clients’ corporate identity guidelines.
This integration is made possible by our in-depth knowledge of how our clients manage their contracts, as well as their internal organisation in this area. Depending on their preference, our clients either deliver the training we create themselves, or we travel to their various sites to conduct the sessions, with or without the presence of the training managers.
Whether H2OICONSULTANCY training programmes or bespoke courses, we have experimented over the long term with all sorts of modules:

When our training sessions for our main clients are delivered, they are evaluated either internally or by independent organisations. The evaluation measures the impact of the training on the company, its perception by the participants, and assigns an overall score. This is based on criteria such as alignment with expectations, preparation and organisation, content, and pedagogy concerning both structure and delivery.
The overall score obtained by H2OICONSULTANCY is always between 97% and 100%.
We also offer coaching packages in the form of periodic group meetings or personalised follow-up for a Contract Manager.
